The Good Old Days…when we weren’t Good or Old

After a long hot walk to JJs it was good to find her pleased to see me and welcoming me into her nice cool home.
Today’s conversation turned into a proper old ladies natter about the good old days. 👵
We marveled at how technology has moved on in our lifetimes from not having a landline in the house let alone a mobile or computer to back when the only family vehicle was one bicycle between you all, family holidays were nearly all staycations before the 1960s and we also realised somethings have gone full circle as you could get your groceries delivered back in the day but instead of online ordering you’d send one of the kids to the grocers with a list. We agreed we are none the worse for our “deprived” upbringings but having said that we have both embraced and enjoyed modern technology and travel.
The hour passed quickly and thankfully a little breeze had blown up for a mor comfortable walk home.

Lovely report as usual Linda. Your coach must look forward to seeing you each week 😊
