Tonight we had 7 goodgymers! Despite the report only listing 5. We had Mohammad join us and Sofeen. The latter was a walker doing the litter pick.
We set off walking up to the Jewellery Quarter Cemetry and completed a litter pick before cracking on with a hill session.
The hills were 5 mins of running up hard, then hard, but relaxed down, otherwise known as Kenyan hills. Everyone worked well, Mohammad, putting in a sterling performance on his first GG sess!
Once done Rob led us on a 'cool down' run around the Jewellery Quarter and back to 1000 Trades
