A couple of GoodGymers went out flyering for a great charity, one which supports other local charities, community organisations and the wellbeing of people affiliated with it.
We first had the task of printing off and sticking on select details about the specifics of the local branch of the national charity. Information such as contact details of the Area Activator and weekly meet time/location. We had some plain sticker paper to print onto and a guillotine to cut the labels to size. This activity took about an hour, even with some extra hands roped in from outside of GG.
We had a route planned out and managed to deliver to all of the roads we wanted to cover. We also spotted potential shop notice boards to put posters up on and had chats with several people who were interested in volunteering.
