The Saaga continues . . .

I spent an hour on this beautiful sunny Sunday morning at the Warden Hill community garden in Luton. Dug over and prepared a seed bed and sowed five rows of mustard (saag) seed. These leafy greens are used to make tasty dishes like Saag Aloo and hopefully a good harvest will make it's way to the Shri Guru Ravidass Sangat kitchen in Luton.
