There ain't nothing wrong... with a bit of paint and bind..
6 GoodGymers made their way 2.8km to help the Hanover & Elm Grove Ward in Brighton.

With group runs back on track, Brighton Goodgym decided to up the ante with TWO tasks!
For those of you too young to remember RKelly before his fall from grace, please watch the following for report pun context here.
Six runners ran to meet David Gibson, the councillor for the Hanover ward in Brighton along with fellow councillors Steph and Francis. David always has plenty for us to do and armed with paint rollers and pitch forks had us split into two teams to cover the tasks.
Graffiti is a constant complaint of the Hanover residents and Sherman, Paul and Michael covered the many tags, doodles and random symbolisms the street artists had left. Please see Sherman's extensive before and after photos :D
Susan, Jason and I helped David with the sprawling bind weed that covered the front gardens of the Alms Houses. David had arrived with a handful of sacks to take the bind weed away but had underestimated just how relentless bind weed can be with the heat and rain we've had on the south coast recently. Thankfully he has a few contacts and the council will be picking up the mounds of bind weed we pulled out of the garden.
With the tasks over, a few Goodgymers jogged home to avoid some 400m reps around Victoria park with the other Brighton Goodgymers who had gone to the Real Junk Food Project.
