We're the Aces of Spades!
5 GoodGymers made their way 4km to help the St. Anne's Community Garden in Luton.

A team of five assembled before tackling the steep hill of Crawley Green Road (11% incline over 400m!). Calves truly tested we arrived at St. Anne's Community Garden where two tons of topsoil greeted us.
Our task for this session was to shift the soil into raised beds that a school trip had made earlier in the day.
With the dirt diligently distributed, we said adios to the volunteers and headed to a nearby park where we did a session of sprint intervals to get our hearts properly pumping, followed a quick recovery lap and a nice hamstring stretch before running rapidly back down the hill.
