Every cloud has a silver lining. This morning I headed across Liverpool to visit Mrs D who needed some shopping doing. Sadly when I arrived her husband told me that they didn't want the mission to go ahead as they had been up all night and were seeing the Dr later on. Instead of heading straight home, I decided to head to the lovely Croxteth Park for a little over a 5k run. Instead of clocking my mins per km I focused on the number of dogs per km and was pleased with the high number of good boys and girls I saw (including a border collie who wanted me to keep throwing his stick). I also saw some Highland cows and horses! Whilst the mission didn't go ahead, I got out of the house, did some exercise and felt brighter about the week ahead. I hope Mrs D feels better soon.

Love this Roz, it highlights the mutual benefit that while we get to help others we get the motivation and inspiration to get out and keep active! Well done 👏
