What's that Skippy? The Wolves need our help!
4 GoodGymers made their way 8.4km to help the Wolves Lane in Haringey.

4 runners braved the cold weather to run 8k to help London Grow prepare for the Wolves Lane festive market the weekend after next.
It was a cold arvo mates, but our dedicated runners blasted out a lunge-tastic warm-up, and got a wriggle on for the run to Wolves Lane nursery.
They'd hired a skip, and needed our help to fill up the bad boy. We sorted the some of the reusables from the trash inside, then headed outside to shift some huge block of concrete and bags of allsorted detritus. Time flew, and we managed half a skip-full of the heaviest of the junk before our time was up.

We focused on our glutes in our fitness session; with 10 single-leg deadlifts on each side, and a handful of pistol squats, before the run back.
