Working 9 to 5 (then GoodGym at 6!)

Having not run much recently, jogging up the hill to Ms M was a bit of a challenge, but I had Dolly Parton playing to keep me going! I met Ms M and she was ready with her money and shopping list so off I went to Sainsburys. I managed to get everything on this list and back over to drop it all off in good time. Thankfully jogging down the hill is much easier so off I ran home, still listening to good old Dolly.
