Wonderful to see you all last night.... especially after Saturday's shenanigans (HUGE thanks to Pritesh and Richard for organising such a great party).
Last night's report comes from the GoodGym legend Beth.... Thank you all for your mince pie tasting skills.... get them ready again for next week.
"Four of us were tasked with getting a heavy sideboard loaded with old reels of 16mm film up the stairs so that the films could be viewed at an upcoming film festival. We took all the reels up first to make the job a bit more manageable and got to enjoy some of the titles such as 'homosexuality: what about McBride?' and 'your bits ain't nice'. With the contents removed the sideboard wasn't too heavy and we swiftly got it up the stairs, reloaded it and even had time to untangle some bunting. On the run back we were looking forward to the mince pies that were waiting for us. After a thorough critique it was off to the pub to have a drink, reminisce about how much fun we had had at the party on Saturday and wonder quite what a reputation Lambeth might now have as being party animals!"
