Today 2 GoodGymers were back at the community project to carry on the fab work to renovate a house. It’s the mid-way point of the project and it’s amazing to see the progress - and proud to say we’ve given 84 hours of volunteer time to it so far (in just a week!).
Today was mostly about bricks - moving, lifting, scraping, more moving and drying them! All for trades people to use. A great day, even though we got a bit wet in the rain.

Today Lucy and I were back helping on an ambitious renovation project. The day was packed full of skills volunteers, all working together to transform the building.
No job was too big or small for us, from helping with brekkie to moving tonnes of materials, we did it all. The project is coming on great too!

Day 2 of our site support for the community project! We were joined again by the wider team of volunteers, helping to clear a house, put tools in storage, remove very muddy track mats and put up info signs for parking.

today was our first community support session for a week-long project. We helped set up the area ready for visitors, including putting up fencing and laying track mats. We’re back tomorrow to do more!

This evening 3 Goodgymers were out on a spot of leafleting, on behalf of Citizens Advice Exeter - promoting their services and asking for fundraising. We had a good run to and forth the area, distributing over 200 leaflets. We'll be back next week to do some more!

Hot on the heels from rubbish cleaning with Mrs B, Lucy and Craig then helped take her spare clothes to be donated.
Over 10 bags full given to 4 local charity shops, and a walk that all goodgymers would know very well - heavy carrying for what seems miles and miles (farmers walk, a very apt workout for us Devon folk!). A proper workout, and a great cause to go with it!
