We are developing an existing garden as a place for green social prescribing and a space for community groups to meet.
As part of the development of Social Prescribing across York, we are developing the garden behind the 32 Clifton surgery as a place for Green Social Prescribing to take place and also for community groups to meet, thus reducing loneliness and social isolation in the area.22 GoodGymers have supported 32C Secret Garden Project with 1 task.
