Seeing as though two of our members were in shorts tonight, we'll do well to remember that in future!! It was a freezing night & even though Lydia had 7 layers on, she still looked absolutely freezing! I hope everyone managed to warm up.
We ran across the ridge tonight & met Beth at The Chemic Tavern and litter picked around the area. When we could no longer feel our fingers and toes, we headed back.
Well done for coming out in this weather guys. Stay warm :)

Andreia Ferreira has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Andreia is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Tonight we ran across the ridge, admiring the fireworks & the full moon along the way.
We headed to Meanwood Valley Farm where half the group got to work cleaning out plant pots and the floor in the green house whereas the rest of us did our usual job of turning the compost. It was a muddy & smelly job but Helen hosed us all down at the end.
It was nice to meet Andreia & Sarah-Jane for the first time. Welcome to GoodGym Leeds.
