Set off feeling buoyant after hearing the announcement about a 2 billion pound funding boost for walking and cycling! Some good news!
Celebrated by hopping on my bicicletta and hitting up the B2B. Arrived in Fishponds grabbed a smorgasbord of pills - some for Ms B and some for another mission.
Good to get out and about in the sunshine. 10/10 to the pharmacist who had worked a 10 hour shift and was still super smiley!

Ms B is self isolating and so would welcome help with her medication pick up.

I kicked off this mission on the good old Bristol to Bath path. Pedaling around performing missions on two-wheels has reaffirmed my long-held belief that cycling is actually a superpower. Feeling 100% with the wind in my hair and some relatively new bar tape I hit up St George to help Mr R get his camembert cheese and vanilla ice cream fix. There were some other items on his shopping list but he was particularly emphatic about the camembert..Â
Parked the bike and headed towards the bright lights of Tesco to see what I could find. Having aged a year in the queue I successfully navigated the complex one way system which was confusing everyone - No-one more so than the poor security guard tasked with herding hungry shoppers around the aisles.
Made it out of tesco and sped off to deliver Mr R's ice cream before it melted en route. Special shout out to Mr Rs neighbor who kindly pointed me in the right direction after Mr Rs exact address seemed to mysteriously disappear from google maps!

Today I hit up Fishponds to procure a prescription for Mrs. E and her husband. Shout out to Ms E who was super polite on the phone!
Bit of a delay when I disappeared down the wrong cul-de-sac, only to find myself lost in a maze of suburban back roads. Some great rose bushes on route though. I take my helmet off to all the East Bristol pruners out there. Monty Don would shake your hand, if it wasn't so chancy to do so.
Finally found the pharmacy (no thanks to google maps!) and whizzed back downhill to deliver the legitimately dispensed, pharmaceutically approved drugs to their destination.
