James Moles
I started running at the age of 15, and now 43, I love it more than ever. I love seeing runners of all abilities achieve their goals, be that running 1 mile, or finishing a marathon. I live in Manchester and am the co-chair of Manchester Frontrunners running club, an LGBT club based in the city centre. I am a coach in running fitness,a s well as a VI guide in the area. I am also passionate about Parkrun, where the social and inclusive side of running comes to the fore. I'd love to be a part of bringing others interested in running together.

GoodGym Runner
James Moles has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
James is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Fi and I got up early on Saturday to help Stretford Parkrun Pride event run smoothly.
I was on barcode scanning duty and Fi helped with pre set up, and then did the run as well! Mo was on funnel duty and James was in charge of us all!
Was great to see some familiar faces and plenty of rainbows too!
