Myself and a collection of Warwick University staff collected litter around campus as part of the Big Hog Friendly Litter Pick Challenge. We collected just over 16kg of litter between us, including a broken bike lock, washing line pole, and many empty bags of crisps!

This morning Jonny and Jo went to the Glovers Trust to do a bit of gardening.
After a bit of early rain, the heavens cleared ready for us to get to work.
The task was to dig as many weeds as we could out of the lawns. We made a good fist of it, being supervised by our feline friend, who watched on making sure there was no slacking! The cat is a regular at our Glovers Trust Community Missions.
Once done we dropped the tools off in the shed and that was a good job done.

GoodGym Sutton Coldfield helped out at Chester Road Baptist Church.
The task was weeding the car park and we did a great job (see the before and after pics!).
We spent a good hour weeding followed by a nice catch up after over a drink and home in time for lunch :)

On a sunny lunchtime Jonny and Jo went down to our adopted area of Birmingham Road to do a litter pick.
We quite quickly saw an area by a bus stop which was full of litter, but we gave it a good pick (see the before and after photos) it's amazing what you can fit into a quick 30 minute lunch break session :)
