Liz Biscoe has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Liz is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Our first kickstart session of the New Year took place at Stretford Parkrun this morning. 16 lovely runners dashed around the 5K parkrun course and then gathered to find out more about GoodGym Trafford and to pick up all sorts of random rubbish we found in Longford Park. A fabulous way to DO GOOD and GET FIT!
