What better way and what better place and with which better people to celebrate my 100th parkrun volunteer event? It was quite a wet morning in Saltwell Park but were spirits dampened? Of course not! GoodGymers Ellie, Dan and Michael also braved the weather to cheer on the hardy runners. Maybe it was the thought of turkey, sprouts and Christmas pudding to come but the energy was off the scale today! Ok, well maybe not the sprouts! Well done to all the runners and supporters and thanks to Michael, Ellie and Dan for their GoodGym support. Now, did someone say Christmas pudding?!

First junior parkrun of December and it was a cool morning, definitely bringing wintry vibes!

Today was a real parkrun community effort as we had lost a few of our core team to other community events to support a charity. It was great to see parents pitching in!
