Throughout the day 14 good goodgymers from different areas dropped items for the food bank.

This year, a group of Kingston's GoodGymers took part in RSPB's annual Big Birdwatch event today for one hour. There were a range of different birds spotted in public parks and gardens all around Kingston. These included: mute swans, geese, wood pigeons, grey heron, mallard duck, collared doves, a cormorant trying to dry out its wings in the sun, and ring-necked parakeets.

Congrats to all who got out there this week and did that little bit to improve your local environment. It's amazing what a little bit of time litter-picking can do to an area, making it a more enjoyable space for everyone. Go team!

Today 15 goodgymers did good by taking time out of their day to drop various items at their local food banks to support those in need in their communities.
