Nayeem Chowdhury earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Nayeem completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Nayeem was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Nayeem Chowdhury has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Nayeem is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

There were almost more volunteers than runners at junior parkrun this morning thanks to last night's storm putting a dampener on festivities!
Simon brought with him an entire crew of taskers to support a speedy group of sporting superstars as they pelted around the course at London Fields, navigating the Hackney Carnival floats and stands.
One of our quickest ever parkruns, despite the wet ground underfoot, and all was wrapped up within 45 minutes, with a bunch of big smiles from all the children as they crossed the finish line.
