Nile Barrow has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Nile is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Nile Barrow earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 😎

Nile Barrow earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Nile completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Nile was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

11 GoodGymmers joined forces with AMAS (Aylestone Meadows Appreciation Society) to help litterpick the beautiful meadows to support the Big Help Out Day national day for volunteering. The society are a group of members who look after the area and do a fantastic job with regular literpicks and maintaining the area.
We enjoyed the lovely walk and today welcomed not 1 but 2 new GoodGym members Rosemary and Nile great to meet you both hope you enjoyed yourselves today. Really weldone to everyone who came today and found the car park, we didn't find a huge amount of rubbish (which is a great thing!) but everyone enjoyed getting out in the fresh air and walking in the beautiful area.
