Overgrown garden needed shearing. The neighbour lent me a rake, very helpful. Was great to see half the front garden cleared. Love it when I help someone and others help me, like the neighbour. He gave me some good tips.

The bags were heavy so lots of stopping and starting. Good exercise. Delighted to see this couple again after a few weeks break. Glad to deliver their shopping. Hope they enjoy some yummy food. It feels good to help. Helping others.... helps me.
