Today saw us visit St Michael's Primary School, which was great as it was a first for all of us.

We also welcomed Katie who will be the GoodGym Portsmouth trainer click here and give her a shout and wish her all the best! She's lovely and we know she'll be brilliant.

**SOUTH COAST MASSIVE!

We also welcomed back Andy who has recently qualified as a Yoga instructor and we can't wait to go to one of his classes! Very exciting!

Awesome to have Beth on board with us, who turbo walked all the way from Winton to join us!!! Now that's commitment!!!

As the task was just around the corner from our meeting point we did a good warm up in the sunshine and set off straight to the school where we used their mugger to do some core bodyweight exercises.

Split into two teams of 5 the gang took it in turn to do 30 seconds worth of an exercise then swapped over. We managed 4 sets..pretty impressive!! And there were some very coordinated team plank wave going on by one team....the other team struggled to plank.....but I won't name and shame!

After the work out Lorraine and Emily who are in charge of the garden and with it the entry into Bournemouth in Bloom competition this year provided us with tools and instruction on what needed doing. The gang didn't miss a beat and got straight to it. Digging up the old flower bed and tiding away last years decorations. The garden will be a sensory garden and the children will be tasked with using their imagination to provide as many sensory experiences as possible.

Last year they won the silver prize...hopefully with our help, this year they may hit gold!

It was a very rewarding task as working in a garden usually is....until you get bitten by little evil flies!!! But the team got a lot done and it looked amazing afterwards. Emily and Lorraine were very grateful.

Next week we are back to finish what we started as well as doing the vegetable patch and getting it ready for planting!

Come along and help out!!

Well done everyone....Neil you have to come along....as we'll be celebrating your 50th good deed!!!!
