A great event organized by a team including long time supporter and new member of Goodgym Colchester, Charlie Alexander, with the goal of raising money for the local village primary school. Our contribution was both as participants and by donating money for a massage post-race and tea and cakes.

A tough multi-terrain run with water obstacles, hills and Goodgymers pushing for glory.

Ella powered her way too 2nd place and I pushed hard to stay with the 'club' runners to claim 6th. Bryanne enjoyed the kids race!
