Three Goodgymmers, Daryl, Keith and Lea, went to help Emma, a Goodgymmer in the past, who is now a social worker. She had asked us to clear a totally overgrown front garden and use the cut stuff to stop kids getting into the back garden of the house and scaring the person living in the house. Daryl was busy already cutting, when Keith and Lea arrived. Keith got his saw and heavy duty loppers out to get stuck in there. Emma dragged and cut and Lea was totally in her element dragging stuff and weaving all the cuttings into a hedge. To say the hedge resembles the Great Wall of China might be a tiny bit of an exaggeration, but there is no way those blinking kids can get through there now!!! All in all an amazingly good job done and a very happy Emma. She “warned” us: there will be more!! Well, we are not complaining. Thanks Goodgymmers for your hard work.
