Everyone loves a new GoodGym Task, and this week's did not disappoint!

With a starting point of The Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, a slightly hilly run led this evening's team to St Luke's Church in Charlton Village. This beautiful building, with plenty of history, (some of it slightly spooky with the UK's only assassinated Prime Minister being buried in the crypt below...) is a key part of the village, used by many community groups. If you've ever run the London Marathon you may have been greeted by the Chariots of Fire theme expertly played on the church bells...! We therefore had lots to keep us busy, from cleaning candle wax off various surfaces, cleaning chairs and pews, to sorting educational stationery (testing colouring pens & bible quiz sheets). It helped that we had a printed to-do list to refer to as well as lots to talk about, hence the time passed quickly. I'm sure there will be lots more to do at our next task here next week!

Amazing work on the January Challenge & hope to see you all soon!
