480 Reps Challenge GGLeeds
4 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Leeds.

4 GG Leeds runners accepted the 480 challenge this week!
To recap, each participant had to select 4 exercises and complete 15 rounds, with reducing reps in each round. In the first round, each exercise had to be completed 15 times and then reducing down the reps in each round until they reached zero.
Heather and Jenny chose to do a tough round of Squats, Reverse Lunges, Burpees and Star Jumps.
Helen, rather enthusiastically chose to start her workout with 100 skips to warm up, before completing Squat Jumps, Sit Ups, Burpees and Star Jumps!
Rob added some lovely neon pink aerobic weights to his workout, he decided to do Press Ups!!, Sit Ups, Squats and Lunges! He celebrated finishing the workout with a BBQ!
