Friday Hub at ESK(Ealing Soup kitchen) and StephDucat was back in the house. Arrived early after a grey and rainy morning(50 shades in the sky). Busy start with helping Stephen unload groceries that would be used for the takeaway bags but also in the food that the team was getting ready to cook. Then Steph jumped from one task to another throughout the shift and day as Angela said that some volunteers did not turn up. It seemed like 50 tasks which matched the number of missions Steph reached when starting today : 50 missions!!💪💪 Steph who works in IT, sorted the connection between the TV and Angela s laptop as needed to do a presentation. Her laptop was not connecting to the WiFi, then the HDMI TV cable was the traditional one vs a Micro HDMI connection on the laptop. USB key was not working on the TV either. Then the sound of her video was not working....Steph did his thing and all was working...Happy Angela and she was able to present. Then Steph prepared the tea station with hot and cold drinks, biscuits, muffins and shortbread. Also did 8 plats of mixed biscuits for the tables in the eating area. Served hot drinks to guests until 1230. Then moved to the kitchen as was going to assist the kitchen team.
