A forkingly good time
10 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

We met at the Town Hall hotel off Cambridge Heath Road and headed to Hollybush for some gardening, avoiding the unexplored WW2 bomb en route. At Hollybush, we dug up lots of blackberry and gooseberry trees, and turned over (or tried to turn over) the ground. Some had to resort to doing jump squats on their forks and spades in order to break the earth's surface. When we finished, we examined our insect bites and ate some delicious damsons and plums from the Hollybush orchard. We then headed to Victoria Park for a few drills, a ten-minute out and back run, and a relay, before jogging back to Cambridge Heath for a warm down.
