A Pearadigm Shift.

Straightforward shop for Ms L this morning with her usual healthy mix of fruit and vegetables on the list.

However my attention was drawn to a change in the Sainsbury's pricing strategy for their apples and pears...where it now seems buying in "bulk" is no longer the most economical solution (or you now also have to pay extra for the packaging...).

These remain strange times indeed in the fresh fruit aisle.
