A post Parkrun Picnic, Bill's now 70 and still in good nick
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Norwich.
- Saturday, 27th of April 2019
- Led by Steven Hitcham
It was much colder, windier and wetter than last Saturday but still over 400 runners came out for Catton Parkrun.
Many GoodGymers were running it and 4 were also volunteering (Elizabeth, Rich, Catherine and myself) and we all had a different tasks to do - Catherine was giving out finish tokens, Elizabeth was timekeeper, I was finish token sorting and I think Rich was a marshal (I may be wrong on that one!).
Well done to Emily and Elliott for getting PB's! Apologies if anyone else did too but I didn't know.
After the Parkrun, we were going to have a picnic to celebrate Bill's 70th birthday last week, but due to adverse weather conditions we had in the Hayman Lodge afterwards instead.
Enjoy your weekends everyone.
