A Tea-rrific Time at Lynde
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Lynde Care Home in Richmond.

4 runners ran to Lynde House Nursing Home to spend some time with the residents, play some games and offer a bit of company to those who may not get many visitors or, frankly just fancied at chat!
While the residents were served their afternoon tea & cake, Gitana, the home's events manager, introduced us to a few people who she thought would appreciate our company.
Mrs I kept Holly busy chatting about when she used to live in Twickenham and the adventures she got up to.
Jon & Kate chatted to Mr M who had had a very interesting life travelling the world and showed us some fabulous pictures from his youth.
While Jenny spent sometime with Mrs S, which was cut short in time for her to enjoy the news!
And that was it, before we knew it our time was up and the ever present Gitana came to show us out.
Jenny headed off to run home & the rest of us ambled back to Richmond. All in all a very pleasant afternoon.
