It was nice to have Belinda back on a Monday after work had taken her away for a few weeks. Joining Mrs R was Mr R, John Ricky Sue and also Anne who had run down to meet us.
We headed off for a walk along the seafront to continue our work on the community flowerbeds. These beds are ones whose tenants have been unable to tidy them up over the winter months in preparation for Spring. The beach office had asked if we would step in to help out to tidy them up. This was our third visit to the beds and is proving very useful for us too, as tasks at this time of year are fairly few and far between!
With the team on full power ( no distractions for Mr R tonight! ) we whipped through several beds in the time we had before heading out for a scenic walk on the pier then returning along the prom and noticing the one we forgot!
We will be returning to this project in a few weeks but next week its over to the other side of town meeting at Worthing Leisure Centre.
Have a great week !

I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run most days.
