Bunny hops and broomsticks
15 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

14 GoodGym runners faced the real danger of rain and win to head down to the Brady Arts Centre to help them clear, weed and dig their garden. After the short 15 minute run to the garden we got stuck in in small teams covering a range of jobs from sweeping, to weeding, to digging over beds. The many hands made short work and the staff at the centre were delighted!
After the task we did a circuits based warm up including sprints, squats, lunges and some less than graceful bunny hops. We then ran on to Weavers Fields where we tackled some short, hard intervals dodging bikes and pedestrians in the failing light.
After the short jog back we stretched and went hope with many smiles!
