Chairish the small things in life
2 GoodGymers made their way 8.1km to help an isolated older person in Slough.

Our mission today was to help remove an armchair for Mr R.
Pam and I met at 1pm outside Mr R's flat and with gloves and masks on we entered his flat.
Mr R was a lovely man, already sitting in a chair when we went it. There were 3 other chairs in his living room so the first task was to work out which chair was for the skip!
Luckily Mr R's niece was on the end of a phone to advise us. Unluckily for us it was the biggest bulkiest chair which didnt even look like it would fit through the door!
If it went in then it must come out
Were the wise words from Pam!
And she was absolutely right. Only, the chair had to be re plugged back in to lower it to its lowest height then the back had to be pulled out in order for it to get heaved through the two sets of doors!
Phew! we did it!
