Victoria Park mulches all it's leaves and keeps them for a couple of years to use as compost to keep the park nice and healthy. With thousands of trees there are plenty of leaves. We went to help clear up the last of Autumn's leaves. We jogged the couple of k through the park from York Hall and arrived by Cadogan gate where Alfie the ranger had parked his truck full of tools. In half an hour we cleared 150 metres of leaves lining the fence and filled 36 bags full to the brim.On the way back Rebecca and Frank led a run that went back through Victoria Park took in a bit of London fields racking up an extra 4.5 k. For the longer run, we headed down to Limehouse Basin and back along of the route of cycling route CS3.
