6 GoodGymers made their way 4.8km to help their local community in Westminster.

6 GoodGymers ran 5k to help St Andrews Youth club to get their main store back in order after a very messy Easter period.
Running down to St Andrews and getting the guided tour from Youth Club manager Adrian and hearing about all the amazing work that is going on in St Andrews empowering and educating Westminster’s young people in a safe a vibrant place. Facilities and organisations have never been so valuable but are not funded so are reliant on volunteers and fundraising.
Great to be able to do our small part and the task of clearing out and sorting out the garage was very much needed. Getting everything out, then only bringing back equipment and supplies that are useful while throwing out all the broken and unusable stuff make a huge impact. Now everyone can get to and see where all the sports, art and printing equipment is.
A huge improvement was very satisfying and very well received!
Finishing the session with a gentle run back to New Balance rounded off a nice evening of active volunteering!
See you next week
