This morning I supported the Dynamic 5K running event in Norwich. 50 runners were taking part to raise money for local Cancer charity Little Lifts. Armed with a handmade sign and a playlist of tunes I stuck to my allocated corner of the route, marshalling runners along the riverside path. After the final runner past I cycled back along the route to make sure nobody got lost, and then accompanied the finishers up the hill to the finish line!
