FLOOR 5 MUST GO....
15 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help their local community in Westminster.

What amazed me most about last nights task was that when I contacted Andrew at Rhythms of Life he said he didn't have much we could help with, just some small bits lol.
We were there for an hour and I kid you not it was the most fun I've had all year.
At our new location the homeless charity is a but a stones throw away so after a quick introduction for our newbies we set off weaving our way as always through the back streets till we arrived safely at our destination.
We walked up 4 flights of steps as I had banned the lift and we were greeted and briefed on THE PLAN
They had been asked to move office space from one floor to another by midday the following day, they had also been asked to move their storage floor and make another area a little cleaner.
Our task? In a nut shell DESTROY FLOOR 5 . DISMANTLE FLOOR 3 and CLEANSE FLOOR 1.
Let us begin, 15 divided by 3 equals 5. Let's go, we spread through the building like a plague of locust, ripping out desks, unscrewing shelves, lifting sofas, moving plants, filling cabinets, clothes, fridges, paintings and a whole lot more.
I'm not quite sure the pictures will do it justice but they will try.
Let's just say there was a lot of smiling coming from the rhythms of life team.
We took some pictures thanked them for their hospitality then disappeared into the night like the GoodGym Night Ninjas that we are.
A light jog to get warm, some sprints, some drills and lots sweat.
This is the life.
Till next time... And please remember, continue to do small things with great love.
