Flyering High
15 GoodGymers made their way 11.0km to help their local community in Westminster.

After being lured into a false sense of security some were fooled into believing that shorts would suffice....
Sadly they were gravely mistaken lol
On a night when the dial was at a fantastic -1 and wind chill was -10 we few brave men and women took it to the extreme.
After visiting Westminster Boating Base earlier on in the day to collect leaflets they were evenly distributed amongst those in attendance. Our task? Run from Regents Street down to Victoria sprint up and down loads of flights of stairs in the estate whilst easing the leaflets effortlessly, quietly into the letterboxes. Sound simple? Think hunger games, think teams, think check points, think speed. Then when your done thinking about that think heavy breathing, perspiration and finally think competition. If that's not enough for you to think about think hammering it full pelt from Victoria to Pimlico to complete THE DROP.
Back streets to Hyde Park Corner incorporating what I like to refer to as the leaf technique, steady steady weaving through the tourists and we were back where we started, 11k later, calves burning, thighs tingling and teeth shimmering in the moonlight.
Welcome to Bestminster.
Till next time, see you on the other side....
