8 Great GoodGymers ran 5k and delivered 500 leaftlets to promote a walking football league starting in Regents Park.
A lovely evening in Westminster running around the beautiful Regents Park and the surrounding residential roads delivering 500 leaflets to help promote the walking football initiative for Westminster’s over 55’s to combat inactivity and isolation in Westminster’s older community.
Buzzing around with high efficiency we delivered nearly all the leaflets for the first time ever. Helping to get the league going hopefully with a few more players and supporters.
40 minutes of delivering and there was just enough time to squeeze in some testing body weight conditioning!! Big shout out to Phil for getting stuck in only 72 hours after his epic marathon performance. Those wall squats looked very tough!!
With task done and circuit complete, legs were a little tired but we zipped back to base at a powerful rate!
All stretched out and away by 8 on the nose!
Hope to see you next week for our visit to One Big Family Homeless Charity.
