Fryup Frazzler
6 GoodGymers made their way in a race in York.

It was a beautiful - if not slightly warm - day on the moors for the Fryup Frazzler, an 8.8km(ish) fell race with a killer 400m of elevation.
Everyone came flying down the final hill with massive grins on their faces, possibly smiles of sheer relief rather than pure joy.
Michael was the first GG Yorkie home and bought us all cold cokes - what a legend!
I haven't had coke for years. it was awesome! Bec
Results aren't out yet but there were strong performances all round. An excess of booze for prizes saw me bagging a bottle of wine for 5th female and Bec scoring some beers for second vet!
