13 GoodGymers ran 5k to St Andrews Youth Club to play the latest instalment on Kin(d) ball with and against the might of St Andrews Youth Club!!
Being the last session with the magical people and community at St Andrews youth of 2019 it meant the 6th instalment of the epic kin ball battle was needed!!
Probably the highest quality game ever seen in the UK it was great to see and play in such a fun, enthusiastic and happy game. Showing integration at its finest!
Some brilliant performances put in on both teams and without doubt the hardest workout most of us will get all year. Taking HiiT training to a new level!!
With a little dodgy refereeing (not bitter much) we put up a Herculean effort but came up just short in the main game 5-4 in a titanic struggle!! This takes the overall series to a 4-2 GG lead!! We will be back ready to roll In 2020 to get back on winning ways!!
A quick freshen up and we were away topping our running up to 5 strong kilometres for the evening!!
Great to have you along, hope to see you for some Christmas decorating next week with Open Age!
