Let there be light...
11 GoodGymers made their way 11.0km to help their local community in Westminster.
- Wednesday, 1st of April 2015
12 GoodGym agents took to the streets and ran 6.5 miles through parks and along canals in search of rubbish and leaves.
You may or may not have noticed that at 6pm it is still light, at 7pm it is still light and if you squint really hard at 730pm the sun still shine brightly.
This evening we took full advantage of that and danced and sprinted our way through Regents Park and the along Regents Canal.
After some bridge to bridge sprints along the canal we settled into a little area and began clearing away the litter and leaves that had started to build up since our last visit.
4 bin bags later we headed back off through the still beautifully bright park admiring the lake and the geese that had now stopped chasing us up and down the paths. Some intervals to get the blood pumping followed by s steady jog back to base, a job well done
Looking forward to lots more of these summer runs.
See you allllll next week
