Well done Denise! Beautiful weather for it, but those bags must have been heavy by the end. Keep up the great work x
Thanks Amy and All who cheer my plastic clean up Missions. Plastic wrap from silage bales, plastic rope embedded in the soil, glass bottles and aluminium cans, the plastic discarded dog bags - are now removed from this land. The hedgerows looked lovely afterwards. The wild Canadian geese that roost in the field, the birds nesting in the hedges, and the cattle that will soon be put out to pasture don't have to dodge these obstacles, and the plastic litter is saved from being blown into the nearby lake and waterways. A very satisfying 2 hrs.
