Manure du jour
16 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

Tonight's run saw us return to our good friends at Stepney City Farm. Composting was on the menu for the evening, with barrowloads of steaming goodness being wheeled from one end of the farm to the other. Meanwhile, a field was being expertly aerated. The pitchforking, wheelbarrow-pushing, ground-prodding and ramp-building provided a good workout for everyone, while the goats watched on approvingly.
Burn your bridges...
On the way back, we did some intervals along the canal, using the bridges as markers. We were back outside the hotel with plenty of time for a good long stretch. Great work everyone!
