One, two, three, floor
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Wandsworth.
- Thursday, 29th of March 2018
Today four good gymers went and helped move 60 packets of wooden flooring and 10 packets of underlay up 2 floors at the KLS, a charity that helps out the local community and refugees, who are looking to re-floor one or their classrooms/chapels. The group certainly got a good work out and after achieving a solid full body work out, with the lifting and the cardio from pounding the stair, we almost even did a core work out in the park, but fortunately the downpour that happened on our way to it saved us from having to do that. But still the KLS were happy for the help we provided and we could start our long easter break feeling eggsalent about the work we had done, especially Ana who was celebrating her 200th good deed!
