A last minute call up to do an urgent shop for Mr H who was so very grateful when I knocked on his front door - bag, list and cash already in his hand ready to pass over. Mr H's local Morrisons was then only a short walk away through a very lively and colourful market, which brightened up the day even more.

Mr H was particular about his pasties, so I made sure they were first into the basket and after that everything else was easy to find - amazing how much you can buy for £3.90! A short walk back through the market stalls, and I was back handing over to a happy Mr H his meal plan for the next week.

As I peddled back home via the backstreets of a rapidly evolving Elephant and Castle, I even came across one of the last Elephants still roaming the ever changing landscape round these parts...
