Pick a Card, Any Card!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Brunel Primary Care Network in Portsmouth.

Sarah and Mel were on the early shift this morning. It was deceivingly cold in spite of the sunshine and blue skies, but the birds were singing and the sun soon came round to warm us up. Lots of volunteers from Royal Voluntary Services joining GoodGym this morning with Tash and Zoe sorting the testing and who went where. Sarah was on 'check-in', stamping cards for most people who were there for the 2nd jab. However, it took some a while to find their cards from pockets, purses, wallets, card holders, thin air! Sarah was able to Issue new cards if patients were coming for their first vaccination or had forgotten to bring it. Mel was on temperature duty and discovered just how many different shapes and sizes that ears come in - absolutely fascinating! It was just Astra Zeneca/Oxford vaccine today and Carol was busy on the phone bringing people in, so a nice steady flow. We were relieved from duty at 12.30 by Tracey and Katie.
