6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Richmond Furniture Scheme in Richmond.

Six Good Gymers braved the heat for our monthly visit to the Richmond Furniture Scheme.
We welcomed a first timer to the Good Gym community, Tanya who heard about us through friends. Then we started our assignment. The plan was to cut back the ivy coming over the fence in two separate areas as well as a general tidy up of the outside area.
What was rather unexpected, however, was that we then discovered we had to play a game of removing pieces of tetris furniture first to get to the tools required from the shed!
Once we had done the hard bit of acquiring the relevant tools, we got down to the task with efficiency and teamwork, successfully bagging up multiple bags of garden waste.
A job well done! The Tetris items of course had to be put back after the tools ready for our next visit in July!
